While a direct continuation of the first volume this new issue stands on it’s own, giving the reader everything they need to follow the story and even fills in some gaps that were present in volume one. Written by series creator and Cosmic Times publisher Martin T. Pierro, this new issue “Conviction” will be the first full color installment and the first for artist Carlos Tron. Taking what was done in the first volume Carlos puts his own spin on the characters, and the post-apocalyptic world.  Combined with colors by Mohan Prabhu the pages come alive with kinetic energy.
